From 1st October 2025, we’re introducing Total Triage – part of the NHS move to Modern General Practice.

From this date, all requests for appointments, medical advice, prescriptions, sick notes, test results, or forms – will start with a short online consultation form via:

✅Our Website by clicking ‘HERE’

✅NHS App 

A GP will review your request first so you see the right person at the right time – GP, nurse, pharmacist, physiotherapist, or other specialist.

This change will help us provide:

✅Faster urgent care responses

✅Shorter phone waits

✅Fairer, more flexible access

📢 Important Update: Changes to our Long-Term Condition Recall System

From August 2026, we are improving the way we invite patients for their annual long-term condition reviews.

To provide a more consistent and efficient service, we will now invite patients for their annual review during their birthday month.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂?

As we introduce this new system, some patients may receive their invitation slightly earlier or later than they have in previous years. This will be a one-off adjustment while we transition to the new process.

Once the new system is in place, you can expect to receive your annual review invitation during your birthday month each year.
